Mr. West is an AV-rated attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of securities law, maritime law, business litigation, and a wide range of tort and contract disputes. Mr. West served as a law clerk for The Honorable Walter E. Hoffman, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from 1970-1971. He has also served as an NASD Arbitrator from 1995 to the present. In his 36-year career, including 23 years as a partner in a large Baltimore law firm, Mr. West has developed an extensive civil litigation practice. He has vast experience in personal injury litigation arising out of accidents involving autos, boats, motorcycles and aircraft and in a variety of general civil business and contract disputes.
